I have a client who sells physical magazines, and since March has not gotten one new subscription. https://compulsivemagazine.com/subscribe

I'm thinking I have not set it up correctly. For example, when you go to buy, it does not ask for name or mailing address. How do I set that up? How much would it cost to hire you to configure this so it works? I like it because it is simple, I'm not interested in installing a huge shopping platform for small number of products.

I have checked the website store. The "buy button" is successfully redirecting to the payment gateway. So, it is configured properly.

If the user is not logged in, the name and email address are used from the payment gateway. For mailing address, you can setup Joomla User custom fields.

You can also check the hits (page views) on the product pages. If the hits are low, then maybe you need to work more on marketing part.

Another option is to only allow registered users to make a purchase. So, login button will show up on product pages. After registration / login, users can then purchase.
