I try to install TF Learning Component (free version) on my site but after installation it appear bellow Message, Kindly advice

404 Component not found.

The component is is for Joomla! 4 version. Is this error showing on Joomla 4?

I installed TF component Library but get this - method inlinehelp() not found in class: joomla\cms\toolbar\toolbar each time I want to use it. Help pls, it's urgent
