Hello,

I have a strange behavour of the test. Some of my participants have submitted a test. The program calculated a score, but the test is not saved. There is no possibility to find it either for the participant nor for me from the backend.

Could you please look into this matter.

Earlier there was some problem of saving answers of particular type of questions. But, test attempt was always saved.

Test attempts are saved in the Scores table. From the dashboard, you can see the total number of records in this table.

Is there some error coming while submitting the test?

There is no error message while submitting the test. Sometimes the test is saved, sometimes not. It's not a specific problem of one participant, but of several. Sometimes I can find an entry in the Score table with a number of 0 records.

Before I had a problem with the security token, but I have set the session duration to 60 min and the error message with the security token didn't occur any longer.

It's now a little bit urgent, as I have 15 participants working with the tests.

Please update the TF Library. We have improved session handling.

The problem still exists. My participants assume that it may depend on the duration of the test. If they do the test within 10 min, it is often saved. If the duration is longer, it is seldom saved. The tests mainly consist of 40-50 multi-questions so that the participants need normaly up to 90 min to finish them. I have prolonged the session time and allowed a cache of 90 min in joomla.

As the test is sometimes saved and sometimes not, unfortunately we are not able to identify where the problem or issue is.

We have improved session handling to keep session alive while test form is open. If we identify when in which case the test is not saved, then we can solve this.
