Hello,

I have different problems with the scores.

1. From the frontend it's not possible for the participant to view his score. I get a message that the system can't display the site due to a missing bookmark, wrong address, old index or missing rights. (syntax error, unexpected token "array", expecting ")")

2. Display of the score in the backend. Only a few answers are displayed. I normally expect all answered questions with a correct/incorrect mark. I guess this is a bug or do you have a workaround?

3. How is the score calculated? I have marked all questions correct and the program shows me a score of 10 and a percentage of 50. I have 4 questions in the test. 2 single and 2 multi. How does the number of marks in the lesson control the score? I have allowed 5 marks in the lesson but one questions with only 3 answers.

There was some issue with multiple correct MCQ questions. Now, it has been solved. Please update TF Library and the component.

Please confirm if all three issues are solved.

For scoring, 5 Marks per question defined in the lesson x 4 Questions = 20 Marks total. Marks will be added if all the correct options are selected.

I checked it quickly. From the back-end I can see ALL questions with correct/incorrect marks. Thats OK. From the front-end I have still problem 1.

We are not able to find the issue. Please enable debug in Global Configuration. This will give the file and line number where the problem is.

Alternatively, you can provide Joomla login details to mail@techfry.com

I had a quick glance on it. It seems to be ok. But now, I have another problem. I was trying to upload the questions but the programm tells me that I need the professional version. Nevertheless I have the professional version. Is there something I can do from my side?

Pro version is without any restrictions. Nothing extra is required. In the dashboard footer and component options General Tab, it should be written as Pro.

Where exactly or after clicking which button it says Pro version is required?

last week I was able to upload questions without problem. Now I klick in the 'question'-screen 'actions - Import' and I get the message 'Please upgrade to pro version to use this feature.'

We are not able to identify the problem. Please re-install the component and check again.

If still not working, please provide Joomla login details to mail@techfry.com. Need to investigate further.
