If I create 3 groups in Registered, group A, group B, group C, can I send email only for group B? I create a date of base in the back, and I want to organize on groups to send separate emails.

While editing newsletter, you can filter users under Users Tab.

Under Custom fields, select group_id as filter field, = (equal to) as operator and the user group id in the filter value.
