I mailed some days ago, we have a problem with a matching question with 10 possible answers crashing the page for the quiz

The error I get is 

String could not be parsed as XML

Also when we go to review the scores with a matching question we get the following error:

in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, string given

Unfortunately it is still doing the same in both areas, plus when we review the scores images are not showing either
