Hi there,

We submitted a question regarding an error we are receiving with the payage plugin for TF Shop. We came back in to check on whether you replied or not and the topic disappeared and is not showing up under our Help Desk, though we do have an email that it was received and it's showing up under the activity stream. We are having an issue with getting the store to actually register a real transaction. Please let me know if you are not seeing our initial question. 

We are also still receiving a 1064 error on auto-renew function. I was speaking with someone last week via email regarding this but never received a full response.

We initially had a developer working on this, but they failed to deliver so we registered and repurchased everything again and are doing it on our own but are having issues. We appreciate your help and guidance in getting our store up and running and functional.

We have received your Joomla login details. We are working on the error on the Renewals view backend (1064 error). This requires some update to the component. It will be resolved in 1 to 2 days.
