Hello. I just bought a premium subscription and now I want to test your components. I am very interested in the TF-IMPORT component to convert an email into an article but when I launch the test, I get the following error message: COM_CONTENT_WARNING_PROVIDE_VALID_NAME

The documentation is not very explicit on how to use this component. Can you tell me if you have more documentation and why I have this error message.

This email to article (or any other destination) is new feature, so documentation will be coming soon.

The output of the email content is array. Now, to make the subject as title of the article, first create a new grabber of type - Array Value. In the options tab, enter Array Keys as subject.

Next, edit the single. Under the title tab, select the grabber just created. Clicking "Preview", you can see the title and alias of the article. Let me know if this works.

In the attachment, email content is not coming. Are the emails blank?

For image attachment, currently it is not supported. We are adding it. Will release the updated version in next 2 to 3 days.

When I launch the process the article is well created but there is a bug because the date of publication indicated is the day after the date of creation, I send you the screen copy. Please update the component. The "delete message" issue is now solved.

I just downloaded the pro version directly on your server then installed the component as a new installation and now the buttons are active and on the dashboard I see the Pro version 2.0.8

I tried to put html in the resource to grab the content of the mail but nothing in return.For the image in attachment there is a file which is created in the directory but it is empty and its name takes the value of the object of the mail.These 2 grabbers are of type array_value

For the image, under the Email tab set save attachments to Yes. Under the image tab, set save image to No or disable Intro image at all. This should save the image correctly.

For the text, I am not able to see email message in the Content Tab in Preview Mode. Are the emails empty?

I think there is some issue in getting message. Can you send this email to news@techfry.com? I will check at my end.
