I can no longer download TF Import Pro with my account, although the subscription is still valid.

Also updating from Joomla backend is no longer possible.

Can you please check this?

Do you need my download key?

The issue is now resolved. Please try again downloading from "Orders" page.

You can enter the download key for automatic updates from Joomla Backend.
