Hi, I found the problem. It stems from setting lessons in the module configuration as well as setting modules in the lessons configuration. From your doc it seemed that we could do both ways, but actually it is either one or the other.

If you are setting module in the lesson configuration, then there is no need to add in the modules.

If you need to add lessons from other module or reuse one lesson in multiple modules, then you can add lessons in module configuration.
