Joomla Fields Using TF Tools

Fields provides alternate view to manage Joomla custom fields across all the extensions.

1. Checkbox: Check this box to select fields. To select all the fields, check the box in the column heading.

2. Status: The status of the custom field.

3. Title: The title of the field. You can edit the category by clicking on the Title. Below the title, field group is displayed.

4. Context: This is the component for which the field belongs to.

5. Type: The type of custom field.

6. ID: A unique identification number for this field.

Search: You can search by the title of the Field.

Click Filter Options to display the additional filters.

1. Select Access: Select from the list of available viewing access levels.

2. Select Note: Select from the list of available notes.

1. Dashboard: Navigates to the component dashboard area.

Actions: Reveals a list of actions. Some actions are activated after checking one or more items in the list.

2. Export: Exports selected database table columns to CSV file. Learn More

3. Import: Imports the items to the database table from CSV file. Learn More

4. Query: Performs database operations on the table. Learn More

5. Help: Opens the help screen.
