How to Filter Users

Users can be filtered by four types: basic user information, user group & custom fields, statistics and aggregate statistics. You can add multiple conditions.

Usage: You can use these filters to perform actions on selected or returned users:

  1. Send newsletters
  2. Send campaigns
  3. Update user fields
  4. Update custom fields
  5. Delete users

1. Basic Filter

This filter is based on Joomla! Users database table.

In the filter field, you can enter id, name, email, registerDate, lastVisitDate, block or any other field present in the database table.

2. Custom Fields

This filter is based on Joomla! user group and Joomla! user custom fields.

In the filter field, select the custom field. In case dropdown is not available, enter the field ID of the custom field.

3. Statistics

This filter is based on Statistics database table.

Newsletter: Enter the mail id in the filter value. This will return all users with send, open or click statistics for the given newsletter.

Send Date: Enter the relative number of days from the current date in the filter value. For example, enter 30 to return users who have received or not received (depends on the operator) the newsletter in the last 30 days.

Open Date: This field works similar to the send date. Here, users are returned who have opened the newsletter.

Opens: In the filter value, enter the number of times a newsletter is opened.

Clicks: In the filter value, enter the number of times a link is clicked.

Link: Enter the link id of the link. This will return users who have clicked a particular link.
